Mentorship Length is 6 Months

Includes: 

  • 2 voice calls, up to 30 mins each, per week.

  • Goal Setting/Goal Check up ( what do you want to accomplish)

  • 2 ride-alongs each month ( project site visits, checking on repairs, driving for dollars, maintenance, supplies)
